How to update any Android phone.

Step by step on how to update an Android phone to Android 14.

  1. Go to your phone settings and click About phone then, check if your phone has new updates.
  2. Connect to Wi-Fi or Mobile Internet, it’s advisable to use Wi-Fi since updates are quiet larger 4 GB and above, and may need faster internet speed.
  3. Click view updates and check whether there is an update. If there ain’t that option, your phone might be up-to-date according to it’s hardware capabilities or it’s model and may not upgrade to Android 14.
  4. Some of the phones that are newer may be eligible for that update.

  5. If there is that download option, click it and download to until it finishes.
  6. Then after, back-up some of device’s data in case the update crashes. For example photos and other needed files.
  7. Also make sure that your phone’s battery percentage is above 50%. Hence, the whole system may crash if the battery drains and the update was still on the go.
  8. After the download finishes, click install and it will start install in few minutes.
