How a project works

- You receive an agreed scope, price, milestone plan and any important third-party costs before paid work begins.
- Once you approve the quote, the usual starting deposit is 50% and is paid through a secure PayPal link when available for the agreed project. The remaining balance follows the agreed delivery or review milestone.
Is there a fee to ask for a quote?
No fee is charged just for submitting a project brief. A submission is an enquiry, not an accepted order or guarantee of availability. The quote and written terms determine what work will be delivered.
Can international clients contact Melivar?
Yes. The brief accepts a country and requests from around the world. Currency, timeline, payment availability, scope and any applicable third-party fees are confirmed during the quoting process.
