MELIVAR POLICIES
Terms of service
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms describe how you use Melivar’s website and request work from our team. By using the website you agree to these terms. A signed statement of work, accepted written quotation, or project agreement controls the specific scope and commercial terms of a commissioned project where it differs from this general page.
1. What Melivar provides
Melivar offers digital services such as websites, web and mobile applications, custom software, workflow automation, integrations, business promotion, content creation, brand assets and maintenance. Each project is assessed individually. We do not promise that every requested feature, platform, third-party integration or delivery date will be feasible before discovery and written confirmation.
2. Project briefs and quotations
Submitting an initial project brief is free and does not itself create a paid contract. We may contact you to clarify requirements and prepare a quotation. The price, deliverables, timeline, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies and acceptance criteria become binding only when confirmed in the project agreement or accepted quotation.
3. Deposits, milestones and changes
Unless the written agreement says otherwise, work begins after you approve the quotation and pay the agreed initial deposit, commonly 50% of the quoted project price. Remaining payments are due at the agreed milestones. Additional features, significant changes, third-party fees or delays caused by missing client materials may require a revised quote or schedule approved by both parties.
4. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact and project information, ensure you have rights to materials supplied to Melivar, review previews promptly, keep credentials secure and use the delivered work lawfully. Never submit passwords, payment card details or other secrets in a public project brief; provide necessary credentials through a mutually agreed secure method.
5. Intellectual property and third parties
Ownership, licenses, source-code delivery, hosting, ongoing maintenance and use of third-party components are defined in the project agreement. Third-party services (including hosting, domain registrars, app stores, payment providers and APIs) have their own terms and may charge fees or change availability.
6. Delivery and support
Completion and acceptance are assessed against the agreed scope. Post-launch fixes, new functionality, hosting, domain renewals and ongoing support are included only when expressly agreed. We may pause work if required information or payments are overdue, while following the applicable project agreement.
7. Acceptable use and limits
You must not use Melivar’s services to distribute unlawful content, infringe another party’s rights, bypass security, or facilitate fraud. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Melivar is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party outages or outcomes outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Contact
